Where does a student get chicken fillet?! — you ask. I answer: a real student will always get out of it, chicken can be replaced with sausage or hot dogs, if there is no ketchup, you can use only mayonnaise and a set of , tomatoes can be replaced with cucumbers or bell peppers. Experiment, try, discover something new!

Trim excess from the breast, lightly pound both sides with the back of a knife, and fry over medium heat until cooked, turning occasionally.

While the meat is frying, prepare the 'student sauce': mix equal parts of mayonnaise and ketchup until a uniform pink mass is obtained. Chop the greens and mix them together. Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
- Ketchup: 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
- Parsley: 1 bunch
- Green onions: 1 bunch
- Dill: 1 bunch
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces

Spread sauce on the bread (I use the edges, but regular bread works too), sprinkle with herbs, and salt to taste. Place tomatoes on top of the herbs and press down slightly.

Cut the cooked chicken fillet in half lengthwise; it's convenient to do this by holding the breast with kitchen tongs or two spatulas.
