Toasts with hummus, arugula, and grilled Adyghe cheese are an exquisite combination of Mediterranean flavors and textures. Crispy bread toasted to a golden crust, tender and aromatic hummus, fresh spicy arugula, sweet canned peppers, and warm slightly stretchy Adyghe cheese with a crispy grill crust create a harmony of taste. Such a toast can be served as an appetizer, light lunch, or part of a festive table. Its roots go back to the traditions of Jewish cuisine, where simple and rich flavors of natural ingredients are valued. This dish is perfect for those who love to experiment with the combination of tenderness and mild spiciness. It cooks quickly but offers enjoyment to the gourmet with every bite.
