A sandwich with chicken, tomatoes, and red onion is the perfect balance of textures and flavors, combining tender chicken fillet, the freshness of tomatoes, the spiciness of pickled onions, and a hint of chili pepper heat. Its roots trace back to European cuisine where simple yet refined ingredients create a sophisticated delight. A crispy baguette infused with garlic and lightly grilled serves as the ideal base for this rich flavor ensemble. The mix of ketchup and mustard adds a slight tang and depth. This sandwich is suitable for a quick lunch or a cozy evening with loved ones. It can be served with salad or a light sauce for an extra flavor accent.
