Ham and cheese roll is a simple yet sophisticated dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet, the juiciness of fresh vegetables, and the creamy texture of cream cheese. The history of such rolls begins with gastronomic experiments with lavash, popular in the Caucasus and the Middle East. This version features a harmonious balance of flavors: salty ham, crunchy cabbage and carrots, fresh salad and tomatoes enriched with soft cream cheese. Light, nutritious, and easy to prepare, the roll is perfect for a snack or a full lunch. It can be served at picnics, buffets or as a quick treat. The key is to wrap it carefully so that each ingredient reveals its flavor in every bite.
