Wash the vegetables. Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers into rounds. Chop the onion finely. Prepare the chicken breast in advance, then cut it into small pieces across. Cut the cheese into sticks.
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces

- Green onions: to taste
- Chicken breast fillet: 0.5 piece
- Hard cheese: 60 g

Place the lavash on a large plate/dish, spread mustard and ketchup. Slightly away from the edge, place a lettuce leaf. Then layer everything not on top of each other, but behind each other. This makes it easier to roll the lavash without tearing it. 2 slices of tomato, 5 slices of cucumber, cheese, chicken, sprinkle with herbs and onion.
