Vegetarian Roll

The vegetarian roll is a harmonious blend of freshness and tenderness in one dish. The base is a thin Armenian lavash that gently wraps around a filling of juicy tomatoes, aromatic red basil, and crispy iceberg lettuce leaves. The main highlight is suluguni cheese, which adds a pleasant creamy note and richness to the roll. A light tang from balsamic vinegar emphasizes the natural flavors of the ingredients, creating balance. This dish is perfect for a light snack or a healthy lunch. It is versatile: it can be an appetizer on a festive table or part of a daily diet. Inspired by Russian culinary traditions, this roll combines simplicity and sophistication, reminiscent of summer picnics and home dinners. Easy to prepare yet incredibly tasty, it will be an excellent choice for lovers of fresh and natural products.
