First, you need to take 2 large white pieces of bread (American square sandwich bread is ideal) and cut out square centers, creating holes in the middle.
- Loaf: 2 pieces

In a pan, sauté the sausage/ham or another main ingredient in butter.
- Sausage: 2 pieces

Place the bread in the pan and crack 1 egg into each hole. Add salt to taste (optional, and other spices). Cook for about 7 minutes until the egg is done.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste

A few minutes before readiness, we add the tomatoes to let them bake a little. On the ready sandwich, we place the previously fried sausages.
