Asuna's Delicious Sandwich

Start with the marinade for the meat: pour soy sauce, rice vinegar, and oyster sauce into a freezer food bag.
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon

Clean and finely chop the garlic. Add it to the mixture along with black pepper.

Finally, put the meat in the bag, seal it tightly, and shake well.

Marinate the meat in the fridge for 1.5 hours (you can start cooking it right away, but it won't taste as good). Use this time to boil eggs hard and make spicy mayonnaise.

Pour water into a pot, bring it to a boil and add the eggs. Without reducing the heat, continue boiling for 10 minutes. Then remove the eggs from the pot, place them in cold water and peel off the shells.

Prepare spicy mayonnaise. The secret to simple preparation is that all ingredients should be at room temperature.

Put the egg yolk in a bowl, add mustard, a pinch of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of sriracha sauce. Whisk together. Then, while continuing to whisk the mixture, gradually pour in sunflower oil in even portions and keep whisking until mayonnaise forms. Then place the bowl with mayonnaise in a cool place and proceed to prepare the meat.

Pour 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil into the pan and set it over medium heat. When the oil is well heated, add the meat to the pan and fry for 1 minute on each side until a crust forms.

Then reduce the heat and cook for another 4 minutes. Transfer the meat to a paper towel and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Wash and dry the spinach leaves, slice the eggs into rounds, cut the meat into two equal pieces. Cut the baguette in half and then slice each half lengthwise.
- Fresh spinach leaves: 30 pieces
- French baguette: 1 piece

Spread the pieces of bread with spicy mayonnaise and assemble the sandwiches: place spinach on the baguette, then eggs, a piece of meat. Finally, add a few edible flowers on top of the meat and cover with the top part of the baguette.
