8 servings
60 minutes
The perfect Mediterranean fast food that can easily fit into Russian reality. The meatballs (again enhanced with cinnamon) go great with the onions, tomatoes and olives. The pita will be juicy, but if you want sauce, it's best to take Greek tzatziki or Italian pesto.

1
Prepare all the ingredients.

2
Combine the minced meat with breadcrumbs. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon, and egg yolk. Mix thoroughly.
- Ground beef: 500 g
- Breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Peel the red onion and slice it into thin half-rings.
- Red onion: 0.3 head

8
Cut the cucumber into thin half-rings as well.
