A lot of ingredients are easily and quickly combined into a healthy and tasty filling for pita. The pita is easy to hold, it holds its shape and does not allow the contents to leak out. The filling is feta cheese and vegetables in bean hummus - all this is dry enough not to soak the bread, but at the same time very nutritious - it contains proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and fiber. Soak the beans in cold water beforehand (for about 8 hours).
- White beans: 100 g
- Red beans: 100 g

Clean and chop half a carrot into small pieces, chop the onion.

In a pot, sauté carrots, onions, and soaked beans in olive oil.

Remove the pot from the heat, blend the contents with a blender or mash with a potato masher. If the hummus is too thick, add a little hot boiled water.

Pour in some olive oil. Squeeze a small amount of lemon juice. Mix, and transfer the hummus to a plate.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and the tomato into small cubes. Slice the olives and olives into rings.
