Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut the onion into large strips.

Add the minced meat, season with salt. Finally, add green onions and remove from heat.

Place the meat side down on a hot skillet. Press slightly with a spatula. When the egg is fried, flip the bread crust side down to brown it.

Cut the baguette into 4 pieces, then slice each piece in half lengthwise.
