Fried Tomato Salad with Yogurt

For the sauce, mix yogurt with half of the olive oil, adding salt and pepper.
- Natural yoghurt: 100 g
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Slice the tomatoes into rings. If the tomatoes are small, cut them into 4 wedges. Sauté them in olive oil for 5 minutes, adding salt towards the end and whole garlic cloves for aroma.

- Garlic: 3 cloves

Place the prepared tomatoes on a plate, drizzle with yogurt sauce, and top with a mix of salad leaves.
