1
Wash each lettuce leaf thoroughly and place it on a towel to dry. Then, take a large bowl for preparing the salad and randomly tear the lettuce into small pieces.
- Lettuce: 1 bunch
2
Separately, prepare the omelet in a pan using your preferred method. You can add one tablespoon of milk to the eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into a heated pan with vegetable oil.
- Chicken egg: 5 piece
- Milk: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
3
During preparation — we actively stir the omelet. This is because we need airy pieces of the resulting omelet for our salad.
4
Add sour cream to the lettuce leaves and mix.
- Sour cream 10%: 125 g
5
Then we add the diced tomatoes. We mix gently again.
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
6
Add croutons. Slightly salt and mix.
- Crackers: 250 g
- Salt: to taste
7
Now it's time to add our hot omelet. We stir a little.
- Chicken egg: 5 piece
8
We place the salad on prepared plates. (You can serve the entire salad on a large dish or portion it into individual plates.)
