Three-bean salad with French dressing is a true embodiment of Mediterranean culinary tradition, combining lightness, health benefits, and rich flavor. Beans, valued for their nutrition since ancient times, reveal their best qualities here while the French dressing adds subtle notes of sophistication. Lima beans provide a creamy texture, kidney beans add richness, and green beans contribute freshness and crunch. Fava beans add a light sweetness while red onion and parsley bring spiciness and aroma. This dish is perfect as a light standalone lunch or as a side to meat and fish dishes. It is not only healthy due to its high content of plant protein and fiber but also surprises with its rich flavor nuances, making it an excellent choice for gourmets and health-conscious eaters.
