Prepare the chicken breast. Trim off excess fat and membranes. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. Sear the breast in hot olive oil on both sides until golden brown and finish cooking in the oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Let the breast cool.

Fresh champignons should be washed from dirt and soil, and the top skin of the cap should be removed if it is old. Cut the champignons into large strips.

Cut the onion into short strips and fry in a hot pan with olive oil until semi-cooked. Then add the prepared mushrooms to the onion and fry everything together until fully cooked. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper.

The cooled chicken breast and fresh cucumbers should be cut into short strips, and the Gouda cheese grated on a coarse grater.

Make cheese chips from grated parmesan using a cooking ring, baking paper, a flat plate, and a microwave. Place a piece of baking paper on the plate, put the cooking ring of your desired size on it, fill the ring with cheese to cover the bottom, remove the ring and place the plate with cheese in the microwave at full power for about a minute. Watch for the cheese to melt and start to harden; then you can take out the plate, let the cheese chip cool down and remove it from the paper.
