Indian Kachamber Salad with Watercress

This salad is prepared in the Indian style. Although not exactly from Indian products. Therefore, it is safe to call it simply a salad. Although in essence it is an Indian Kachamber salad, in which there is no oil, and the vegetables are seasoned with spices and lemon juice.

Wash the cress and cut it into julienne.
- Watercress: 1 bunch

Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into 4 pieces. If the tomatoes are large, first cut the tomato in half and then lengthwise into 4 pieces. For this salad, it's better to use small autumn tomatoes that resemble cherry tomatoes but are slightly larger.
- Plum tomatoes: 4 pieces

Squeeze juice from half a lemon
- Lemon: 0.5 piece

Mix watercress and tomatoes in a salad bowl, add lemon juice and a teaspoon of ground cumin.
- Watercress: 1 bunch
- Plum tomatoes: 4 pieces
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Ground cumin (zira): 1 teaspoon
