Salad with chicken gizzards and carrots is a unique combination of tenderness and spiciness that impresses with its rich flavor. Chicken gizzards, being a traditional ingredient of European cuisine, add density and a slight meaty note to the dish. Combined with juicy carrots, green onions, and eggs, the salad gains freshness and a balanced texture. Mayonnaise, salt, and pepper add depth of flavor, making it harmonious. This dish can be an excellent appetizer on a festive table or an everyday treat, reminding of home traditions and the coziness of family lunches. Thanks to resting before serving, the ingredients reveal their flavors better, creating an appetizing and aromatic delicacy.
