- Water: 9 tablespoons

- Sweet red onion: 1 piece

Steam the broccoli for no more than 5 minutes.

Slice the apple into thin wedges. To prevent the apple in the salad from browning, sprinkle it with lemon juice or diluted apple cider vinegar.
