20 minutes
This salad is a true embodiment of French cuisine sophistication. The tender green salad creates a fresh and crunchy base, complemented by juicy pieces of chicken baked without oil to preserve its rich flavor. The sweetness of the pear harmonizes with the soft creamy texture of brie cheese, giving the dish a refined aftertaste. Tomatoes and sweet peppers add brightness and a slight tang, while Greek yogurt finishes the ensemble with softness and freshness. This salad is perfect as a light lunch or an elegant dinner dish, delighting with a combination of textures and flavor nuances that unfold with each bite.
