Crushed radish salad with feta

Radish salad with feta is a vibrant combination of freshness and rich flavor typical of Arab cuisine. Its origin is linked to the tradition of using simple yet aromatic ingredients that create harmonious dishes. Crushed radish adds juiciness and a slight spiciness to the salad, while tender feta cubes provide a creamy note. Refreshing cucumber, spicy cilantro, and zesty green onion enhance the flavor palette, while the dressing of lemon juice and olive oil gives the dish balanced acidity and lightness. This salad is perfect as a standalone dish or as a side for meat and fish, and can also be part of a Mediterranean feast. Its simplicity makes it accessible for any occasion, from a casual lunch to a festive dinner.
