We cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain the water, and set it aside.
- Pasta: 500 g

While the pasta is boiling, we prepare the sauce. For this, we mix lime juice, cilantro, oil, sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, garlic, cumin, and chili pepper in a blender. We blend it and set it aside.
- Lime juice: 0.3 glass
- Coriander leaves: 0.3 tablespoon
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Finely chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin: 0.3 teaspoon
- Red chili pepper: 1 piece

Heat oil in a pan until boiling and fry the chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper for 8-10 minutes. Don't forget to turn them. Set the cooked chicken aside to cool.
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, finely chopped chicken breast, tomatoes, red onion, mango, avocado, sweet yellow and red peppers, and chili pepper. Gently mix everything with the previously prepared sauce and garnish with lime wedges.
