Chicken fillet can be fried until cooked in a pan with spices, or simply boiled, cooled, and cut into small pieces.
- Chicken fillet: 400 g

Soak prunes (dried apricots or raisins) in hot water with a few drops of cognac for 15 minutes. Then cut the prunes into thin strips. Grate the nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts) finely, but if they are not available, it can be done without them.

Grate any hard cheese and boiled eggs on a medium grater. Then layer them on a dish, you can line the dish with salad leaves. So: chicken + prunes + mayonnaise; grated cheese; eggs. Sprinkle all layers with grated nuts. If there are many ingredients, repeat the layers.

Then we decorate the salad. For this, we cut the grapes in half and, if they have seeds, remove the seeds, and arrange the halves of the grapes over the entire surface of the salad.
