Salad with chicken, apple, prunes, and walnuts is a harmony of textures and flavors. Its origin is linked to European cuisine, where the exquisite combination of sweet, nutty, and salty is appreciated. Tender chicken pairs with crunchy apple, tangy prunes, and rich walnuts to create a balance of freshness and depth of flavor. The light spiciness of onion and creamy tenderness of mayonnaise make the dish even more expressive. This salad not only decorates festive tables but also serves as a perfect nutritious snack. Its layered structure allows the flavors to unfold gradually while soaking makes it especially juicy. It will be a magnificent choice as a standalone dish or an addition to main treats. Try it and enjoy every layer!

1
Let's prepare chicken. It can be simply boiled and cooled or cut into small pieces and fried with curry seasoning. The cooled chopped chicken is placed in a square shape (any can be used) and smeared with mayonnaise.
- Chicken breast: 0.5 piece
- Mayonnaise: to taste
2
Finely chop the onion, blanch it in boiling water, drain the water, cool it down, and layer it on the chicken with mayonnaise.
- Onion: 1 head
- Mayonnaise: to taste
3
Peel the apple, then cut it into sticks and place it on the onion. Don't forget the mayonnaise.
- Apple: 1 piece
- Mayonnaise: to taste
4
Peel the boiled eggs and chop them finely, or pass them through an egg slicer. This is the next layer.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
5
If the prunes are soft and pliable, chop them finely; if too dry, soak them beforehand. Don't forget to coat the layer of prunes with mayonnaise.
- Pitted prunes: 70 g
- Mayonnaise: to taste
6
We cover the salad with grated cheese on top and do not use mayonnaise.
- Cheese: 100 g
7
Grate the nuts, and the salad is ready. But to make it taste amazing, we let it soak.
- Peeled walnuts: 50 g
