Chicken and fennel salad is an elegant dish of French cuisine that combines the freshness of vegetables with the rich flavor of chicken fillet and creamy dressing. Fennel adds a delicate anise note to the salad, while roasted paprika contributes a light sweetness. Crunchy radishes and green onions enliven the texture, and Parmesan enriches the creamy dressing with deep aroma. This salad is perfect for both a light lunch and an exquisite dinner. Its rich flavor combinations make it versatile – it can be a main dish or a side. French chefs value the balance of freshness and depth of flavor, and this salad embodies their mastery. It is best served chilled to allow all ingredients to reveal their taste characteristics. It pairs perfectly with a glass of white wine, highlighting the harmony of flavors.
