This salad with salmon, crab sticks, and arugula is a true gastronomic masterpiece of Italian cuisine, combining freshness, rich flavor, and sophistication. Hot-smoked salmon adds a deep aroma to the dish, while crab sticks provide a marine touch. An apple soaked in lemon juice gives a light tang and freshness, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. Arugula and spinach bring in spicy notes that make the salad even more interesting. This dish is perfect for a light lunch or dinner and serves as an exquisite appetizer for festive tables. Its ease of preparation makes it accessible even for culinary beginners, while its refined taste leaves an unforgettable impression.

1
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the container where the salad will be. I use very ripe lemons, so there's a lot of juice.
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
2
Peeled and pitted grated apple should be added immediately to the lemon juice. Mix it. This is to prevent the apple from browning.
- Red apples: 1 piece
3
Add finely chopped onion to the salad. Mix well.
- Onion: 0.3 head
4
Cut the crab sticks. I prefer them chopped finely. Mix.
- Crab sticks: 250 g
5
Add hot smoked salmon broken into pieces. I think very good canned smoked salmon can be used because the texture is similar. I'm adding a spoon or two of liquid from the salmon.
- Hot smoked salmon: 100 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste
6
Add torn young spinach and arugula leaves by hand. Mix.
- Fresh spinach leaves: 35 g
- Arugula: 35 g
