The 'Pineapple' salad is an original and vibrant dish of Ukrainian cuisine that combines tender chicken meat, savory ham, and juicy pineapple. Its history traces back to the tradition of culinary experiments where sweet and salty flavors create harmony. With layers and a presentation reminiscent of an exotic fruit, this salad becomes a decoration for the festive table. The creamy texture of the mayonnaise highlights the tenderness of the ingredients, while pickled mushrooms add a slight tanginess. Green onions provide freshness, and thin slices of kiwi complete the composition, creating an authentic pineapple appearance.
