Cut the tomatoes in half, mix with olive oil, salt, thyme, and pepper, and place on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for thirty minutes.

Remove the pit from the avocado and cut the flesh into large cubes.

Boil the eggs hard, peel them, and cut into quarters.

Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a pan until crispy.

Cut the white bread into large cubes, place them on a baking sheet, and turn them into croutons in the oven (you can put the bread in at the same time as the tomatoes).

In a blender, mix mayonnaise, cream, milk, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs with a pinch of salt and pepper until a smooth sauce is obtained.
- Mayonnaise: 100 g
- Cream: 50 ml
- Milk: 50 ml

- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Parsley: 20 g
- Salt: to taste

In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients: tomatoes, bacon, avocado, olives, croutons, eggs, sliced red onion with sauce. And serve.
