Herring under a fur coat roll
8 servings
60 minutes
Another old salad in a new way. Portioned herring under a fur coat rolls are more convenient than the traditional serving on a platter in layers. Firstly, they are easier to put on a plate, and secondly, there is less chance that the entire formal tablecloth will be in red beet stains . If you are celebrating the New Year with a friendly company, when everyone brings their own dish, then a roll in a container is much more convenient to transport than herring on a platter.
