Classic Chicken and Pineapple Salad

An amazing combination, but one that has firmly entered our lives and eventually become a classic. The recipe uses hard cheese, and it's up to you to decide what kind it should be, the main thing is that it's not too aromatic.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the chicken breast in cold water. Add bay leaf and allspice, and bring to a boil.
- Chicken fillet: 300 g
- Bay leaf: 1 piece
- Black allspice: 2 pieces

Cover the pot with foil, turn off the stove, and let the chicken breast sit for 20 minutes.

Boil water in a small saucepan. Add the eggs to the water and cook for 13 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
- Canned pineapple: 250 g

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Hard cheese: 50 g

Cool the boiled eggs under running water, peel them, and also grate them.

Remove the chicken breast from the pot, pat it dry with paper towels, and let it cool. Cut it into cubes like pineapples.

Mix all prepared ingredients and corn. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, season with salt to taste, and mix.
- Canned pineapple: 250 g
- Canned corn: 150 g
- Hard cheese: 50 g
- Mayonnaise: 130 g
