Caesar Salad with Bacon

Caesar salad with bacon is an exquisite blend of the classic recipe and the crispy salty notes of bacon. Although its origin is linked to Italian chef Caesar Cardini, here the dish takes on a British twist due to the use of bacon. Crispy croutons, tender eggs, fresh lettuce leaves, and a tangy dressing made from mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce create a harmony of flavors – softness combines with rich saltiness and a light acidity. Grated Parmesan finishes the dish, adding depth of flavor. This salad is perfect for both a light dinner and a festive table.
