Salad with broccoli and grapes

Pour peanut sauce at the bottom of a large salad bowl and leave it waiting for the main ingredients.
- Peanut sauce: 120 g

Peel the avocado and remove the pit, then cut it into cubes.
- Avocado: 120 g

Divide the broccoli into florets and chop randomly.
- Broccoli cabbage: 400 g

Wash the grapes and cut them in half.
- Grape: 240 g

Wash the arugula and spinach and drain in a sieve.
- Arugula: 40 g
- Fresh spinach leaves: 40 g

Wash the raisins and send them with the greens.

Prepare the sauce: mix olive oil with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Lemon juice: 60 ml

In a deep bowl, combine avocado, edamame, broccoli, grapes, arugula, spinach, and raisins.
- Avocado: 120 g
- Edamame beans: 80 g
- Broccoli cabbage: 400 g
- Grape: 240 g
- Arugula: 40 g

Pour the salad with dressing, sprinkle with sumac, mix.
