Peel the potatoes, boil them in water with added lemon juice.
- Potato: 4 pieces

Peel and boil the carrot.

Boil the egg in water with vinegar, then peel it.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Wash the fresh cucumbers and peel them.

Remove the meat from the turkey leg.

Cut all prepared ingredients into cubes, except for the yolk.

Prepare the sauce: grate the yolk on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and sour cream, and mix well.
