Ham Salad

This ham salad is a simple dish that can be prepared in 5 minutes if you have a simple set of products at home. Ham is responsible for the protein base and meaty spirit, cucumbers are for freshness and lightness, and canned corn is the very ballast that will allow us to eat our fill. Please note: corn can be simply sweet, can be sweeter than usual, or can be of very modest merit. The recipe allows you to choose any, depending on your taste preferences .

Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
- White cabbage: 400 g

Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
- Cucumbers: 400 g

Cut the ham into the same cubes.
- Ham: 400 g

Cut the green onion into rings.
- Green onions: 30 g

Mix the prepared vegetables, corn, and ham in a large bowl.
- White cabbage: 400 g
- Cucumbers: 400 g
- Ham: 400 g
- Canned corn: 300 g
- Green onions: 30 g

Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix and serve immediately.
