Mushroom salad in marinade is a fragrant and spicy dish of Russian cuisine that delights with its rich flavors and fresh ingredients. Its origins trace back to the traditions of home Russian cooking, where mushrooms have always held a special place. Tender champignons, juicy sweet peppers, and sharp red onions harmoniously combine, while aromatic dill adds freshness to the salad. The marinade made from olive oil, wine vinegar, soy sauce, and spices fills the salad with a rich taste, making it spicy and slightly hot due to chili pepper. This dish is perfect as an independent appetizer or a side dish for meat and fish dishes. It is especially good in summer – light, refreshing, and rich in natural flavors.
