Cuban salad with chicken and avocado
2 servings
20 minutes
Don't let the name scare you, this salad looks like the familiar "Stolichny" in a slightly exotic form, but is made entirely from familiar products: the creamy pulp of avocado neutralizes the dryness of the chicken breast, orange slices serve as juiciness agents, with such a composition the intervention of fatty mayonnaise is contraindicated - instead, a light, like the breath of the tropics, lime vinaigrette sauce acts as a dressing.

1
Slice the chicken thinly and marinate in lime juice with salt and pepper for 5-10 minutes. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Chicken fillet: 1 piece
- Lime: 2 pieces

Peel the orange with a knife, cutting off all the white parts, then cut into segments while avoiding the membranes. Slice the onion into thick strips, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit, use a spoon to scoop out the skin from the avocado halves and slice them.

- Red onion: 1 head
- Avocado: 1 piece

3
