Cook pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
- Fusilli pasta: 350 g

While the pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet, sauté the onion over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until golden. Add garlic and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. Add bell pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes. Then transfer the mixture to a food processor with 75 ml of water and blend until smooth.
- Olive oil: 2 teaspoons

- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Sweet pepper: 375 g
