A hybrid of Soviet Navy-style macaroni and American Mac and Cheese casserole. Like any comfort food, a plate of this macaroni inevitably takes us back to childhood pleasures. And yes, it is creamy and high in calories, but it is infinitely cozy . It is impossible to find a child who would refuse a portion of the casserole with a juicy filling of minced meat and tomatoes and a tempting cheese crust that stretches behind the fork. And even adults can only be kept from asking for more by the thought of extra pounds . However, you can replace half of the macaroni with broccoli or cauliflower floret

Fry the minced meat in a pan.
- Ground meat: 500 g

Add the 'Taco' seasoning, then the tomatoes.
- Taco Seasoning: 1 piece
- Tomatoes: 300 g

Add 2 cups of broth.
- Bouillon: 2 glasss

When it starts to boil, add the pasta to the mixture.

While the pasta is boiling, we start preparing the sauce. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix well and fry until golden.

Add milk and whip well again. Bring the sauce to a boil.
- Milk: 0.8 glass

Add a cup of grated cheese and mix until smooth. Add salt and pepper.
- Hard cheese: 200 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
