Recipe for cooking a dish at home. Sift flour onto the surface (table) and make a well in the center. Add salt to the well and pour in the starter. Knead a soft dough, gradually mixing in flour from the edges and adding the remaining water.

When the dough is almost kneaded, add vegetable oil to it. Roll it into a ball and cover with a light kitchen towel. Leave the yeast dough to rise for about 1.5 hours.

Prepare the pizza sauce. For this, make cross-shaped cuts on the tomatoes and place them in boiling water for a minute. Then transfer them to cold water for a minute and peel off the skin. Chop the peeled tomatoes in a blender.

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan with crushed garlic. Pour in tomato puree, add salt, sugar, and dried basil. Place on the heat and simmer until thickened, stirring. Blend the finished tomato sauce for pizza.

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, add the minced meat and fry until cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper. Do not overcook the minced meat for pizza, as it will cook further in the oven.

Peel and slice the onion into thin half-rings. Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or in a mold. Cover it with pizza tomato sauce, add the onion half-rings, sautéed minced meat, and sprinkle with cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180–200 degrees, place the mold inside. After 20 minutes, the pizza with minced meat will be ready; take it out and let it cool for 5 minutes. Cut into portions and serve.
