Tuna spaghetti is a simple yet exquisite dish of Italian cuisine, born from Mediterranean traditions. It combines the tenderness of pasta with the rich flavor of tuna, enhanced by the aroma of sautéed garlic. This combination makes it both light and nutritious. The history of this recipe begins in the homes of Italian fishermen, where canned tuna was an accessible source of protein. Today, this dish is loved worldwide for its quick preparation and rich taste. Tuna spaghetti is perfect for dinner after a long day—it requires no complex ingredients but impresses with its depth of flavor nuances. Serve with a glass of white wine, and your dinner will gain a special charm.

1
Boil spaghetti in salted water.
- Spaghetti: 200 g
2
Fry coarsely chopped garlic in olive oil in a pan.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
3
Add pieces of tuna to the garlic and fry for a couple of minutes. No need to salt. I usually buy whole tuna and cut it into larger pieces. Chopped is too small for this dish. But that's my taste.
- Canned tuna in its own juice: 1 jar
4

- Spaghetti: 200 g
