First, place the dough on the baking sheet, it should be thin. I bought puff yeast dough from the 'Aushan' chain. It's better to make additional edges, as there are many layers and without them the filling may leak.
- Yeast puff pastry: 750 g

Spread the tomato paste evenly over the dough.
- Tomato paste: 250 g

We arrange the mushrooms in an orderly manner to avoid large areas without them.
- Champignons: 200 g

Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes (about 0.5x0.5 cm) and neatly arrange them in the free spaces between the mushrooms and along the edges.
- Smoked chicken breast: 1 piece

Sprinkle with Italian herbs seasoning.
- Italian Herb Blend: to taste

The cheese should be grated on a coarse grater and distributed evenly, as it will be applied in two layers. In this case, we sprinkle the first layer.
- Mozzarella cheese: 320 g

Thinly slice the salami (only crosswise, to make circles) and arrange it as tightly as the mushrooms.
- Cervelat: 250 g

We arrange pineapple cubes just like chicken breast: between the salami and on the edges, and we can also place them on top of the salami.
- Canned pineapple chunks: 150 g

Sprinkle the seasoning again.
- Italian Herb Blend: to taste

Sprinkle a second layer of cheese on top and place in the oven preheated to 200–225 degrees for about 30 minutes.
