The 'Salyaroni' pizza is a delightful dish of Italian cuisine that combines the rich flavor of aromatic salami, tender mushrooms, and a spicy cheese-garlic sauce. Its history may trace back to traditional Italian pizzas where each family added their unique touches. 'Salyaroni' captivates from the first bite: a crispy base enriched with olive oil, juicy mushrooms, spicy meat, and gooey cheese create a rich palette of flavors. Served hot, it pairs perfectly with light white wines or fresh salads. This pizza is the choice for those who appreciate harmony of flavors and cozy gastronomic pleasures.

1
Take the pizza base and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper to thaw. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Pizza base: 1 piece
2
We take a pan, add pre-sliced mushrooms, and fry them over medium heat for 5-7 minutes to evaporate the water. Then we pour out the excess water from the pan.
- Fresh champignons: 200 g
3
We make pizza sauce. For this, we grate cheese and mix half with mayonnaise, adding garlic, peeled and pressed through a garlic press. We cut the sausage: slice a thin ring of salami and divide it into 4 parts.
- Hard cheese: 150 g
- Light mayonnaise: 5 tablespoon
- Garlic: 0.5 head
- Salami: 100 g
4
Grease the pizza base with vegetable oil, then with sauce, add mushrooms, then salami, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Light mayonnaise: 5 tablespoon
- Fresh champignons: 200 g
- Salami: 100 g
- Hard cheese: 150 g
