Pizza with sausages is a fragrant and rich dish embodying the traditions of Italian cuisine. Its history begins in ancient Naples, where the poor made simple flatbreads with available ingredients. Over time, pizza became a cult dish, and its variations spread worldwide. This version is a spicy celebration of flavor. The tender dough made with vodka and fat creates an airy and crispy crust. The sausage duo—salami and boiled-smoked sausage—fills the pizza with a rich meaty taste that harmoniously complements sweet pepper and melted hard cheese. Ketchup and mayonnaise create an appetizing sauce that unites the ingredients into a single symphony of flavors. This pizza is perfect for a cozy family dinner or a lively party with friends.
