This bright and fragrant pizza is a true celebration for lovers of fresh vegetables and delicate cheese. Its roots go back to Italian cuisine, where pizza symbolizes warmth, home comfort, and the art of combining ingredients. Pieces of juicy tomato, crunchy celery, sweet pepper, and tender zucchini create a harmony of flavors highlighted by aromatic Provençal herbs. The addition of spinach and artichoke makes it particularly exquisite. The duet of mozzarella and parmesan offers a rich cheesy taste with a slight stretchiness. Baked to a golden crust, this pizza becomes the perfect dish for family dinners and gatherings with friends.
