To prepare the sauce, heat the fat and brown the flour in it. Broth can be used as the liquid. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Then season with butter, and optionally add sour cream or cream. Add fruit puree to the sauce a few minutes before the end of cooking. Sweeten the sauce with sugar. Let it cool.

Prepare the yeast dough, let it rise, knead it thoroughly again, and place it on a greased baking sheet.
