    Steam the fish or lightly poach it in a small amount of water. Cool and break into small pieces.

Add half of the spinach, half of the salmon, and half of the fish on top. Cover with a sheet of lasagna. Again pour a third of the sauce and add the remaining spinach, fish, and shrimp. Cover with a sheet of lasagna and pour the remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with parmesan and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
