Mix two types of flour.
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Semolina flour: 200 g

Add salt, make a nest and place the eggs in it. Then gently mix them with a fork. Stir until homogeneous, until everything turns into dough.

Place the dough on the table and knead by hand for 5-10 minutes until smooth and homogeneous. Gather everything into a nice ball. Store the finished dough in a bag to prevent it from drying out. After kneading, let the dough rest for 15-30 minutes before rolling out.

Using a pasta machine, make the size of linguine.

Add butter, a clove of garlic, and a sprig of thyme for aroma to the olive oil.
- Olive oil: 10 ml
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Thyme: 3 g

Slice and fry the mushrooms, adding minced garlic if desired. Reserve a few mushrooms for plating the dish.
- Boiled porcini mushrooms: 300 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Add cream to the mushrooms and heat the sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Add the cooked linguine to the mushrooms and mix.
- Cream 20%: 400 ml

- Green basil: to taste
