This versatile dish is perfect for both everyday lunch and festive gatherings, delighting with its simplicity of preparation and rich taste.

1
Peel the potatoes and boil them until cooked. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
- Potato: 8 pieces
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Champignons: 500 g
2
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until half-cooked and add mushrooms. During frying, crushed garlic can be added to the mushrooms and onion.
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Champignons: 500 g
- Garlic: 1 head
3
Place boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash until smooth. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and an egg. Add salt and pepper and mix until homogeneous.
- Potato: 8 pieces
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: pinch
4
Divide the obtained mass into 12 equal parts and roll out the flatbreads. Place about 2 teaspoons of filling (mushrooms with onions) in the center of each flatbread.
- Champignons: 500 g
5
Wrap the edges of the flatbreads and shape the zrazy. It's easier to form zrazy with a wet hand — this way, the potato mass doesn't stick and is easier to mold.
6
Coat the patties in flour on both sides and place them in a heated pan with oil. If you want the patties to have a crispy crust, they should be coated in breadcrumbs before frying.
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
7
Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve the finished zrazy with sour cream.
