- Boiled beef: 400 g

Mix with finely chopped onion, garlic, parsley, 100 g of dried bread soaked in milk, and an egg.

- Parsley: 1 bunch

We form small meatballs, then coat them in flour. We shake to remove excess flour.
- Pancake flour: 10 g

Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the meatballs on all sides.

Add passata, salt, pepper, and herbs.
