Mix 1 pack of turkey mince in a meat grinder or food processor with a chopped onion, a tablespoon of sour cream, bread (without crust), salt, and pepper to taste.
- Ground turkey: 400 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Loaf: 1 piece
- Sour cream 20%: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Shape the resulting mass into patties. Optionally coat in flour or breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry each cutlet in oil over high heat (until crust forms), then reduce the flame to medium and fry until cooked through.
