Cut the meat into strips and marinate with spices (garlic-2 g, soy sauce-5 ml, sesame oil-5 ml, paprika-2 g, sugar-2 g) for 2 hours. Then prepare the sauce for rice: in a separate bowl mix kochudyan paste, sugar (15 g), honey (10 g), sesame oil (10 ml), sesame seeds (3 g), and Heinz ketchup. Mix thoroughly until smooth and add to the pre-cooked rice.
- Garlic: 5 g

Then fry everything together with the marinated meat.

Prepare a carrot salad: grate the carrot into thin strips, wait for 30 minutes, then squeeze it out. Finely chop garlic (1.5 g) and add it to the carrot. Also add coriander (1 g), red pepper (1 g), paprika (1 g), salt (2.5 g), sugar (2.5 g), vegetable oil (15 g) and mix everything thoroughly.

Prepare cucumber kuxsi salad: cut cucumber into halves, wait for 30 minutes, then squeeze. Finely chop garlic and add to carrot. Also add coriander (1 g), red pepper (1 g), paprika (1 g), garlic (1.5 g), salt (2.5 g), sugar (2.5 g), vegetable oil (15 g) and mix everything thoroughly.

Place the obtained mass on a sheet of wheat lavash along with a leaf of iceberg lettuce, add carrot salad and cucumber kuxsi salad, fresh tomatoes. Wrap everything in lavash and lightly fry in a pan without oil.
